image2img uses account access so prompts, reference images, credit usage, billing actions, and generated assets stay connected to the right user.

Why sign in before generation

Public pages can preview the workflow, but submitted image jobs run from an authenticated workspace. This keeps credit usage, job status, and saved assets attached to your account.

What your account stores

• Profile and sign-in details
• Credit balance and transaction history
• Image job status
• Generated assets and continuation context
• Billing and subscription state when a paid plan is active

Recovering access

If you forget your password, use the password reset page. After you regain access, return to the workspace to review previous jobs and generated assets.

When to contact support

Contact support if you cannot access your account, a paid credit balance looks wrong, or a generation job is not visible in your history. Include the account email and any available job details.
