Refund Policy

1. Digital Service and Credits

image2img provides access to digital image generation and editing workflows. Credits are used when image jobs are submitted or processed.

Consumed credits and delivered digital services are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

2. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew by billing cycle and include the credits shown on the pricing and checkout pages.

You can cancel an active subscription from your billing controls. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless checkout or the payment provider says otherwise.

3. When We May Review a Refund
  • Duplicate charges or accidental duplicate purchases
  • Paid access or credits not delivered because of a technical issue
  • A generation job failed after credits were charged and no automatic credit repair was applied
  • A payment issue where applicable law requires a refund
4. Non-Refundable Cases
  • Credits already consumed by completed generation jobs
  • Requests based only on dissatisfaction with creative output
  • Account suspension or termination caused by policy violations
  • Purchases made through a third-party payment provider where that provider's rules control the refund process
